- By making a booking, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed via our website, phone, or email.
- Payment may be required in full or as a confirmed deposit to secure your booking.
- Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
- Payments can be made via approved methods provided on our site.
- Our services are available across Chesterfield, Sheffield, Worksop, Doncaster, Leeds, and Manchester, and booking confirmation will specify your pickup and drop-off locations.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be communicated via email or phone.
- Refund policy:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled booking: full refund or reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours before the booking: no refund will be issued.
- No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
4. Passenger Conduct
- All passengers are expected to behave courteously towards our chauffeurs and vehicles.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if passengers behave inappropriately, recklessly, or endanger themselves, the chauffeur, or the vehicle.
5. Liability
- Sentura Chauffeurs is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal items left in our vehicles.
- Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
6. Vehicle Usage
- Vehicles will be provided as described on our website or booking confirmation.
- Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol in vehicles is strictly prohibited unless previously agreed.
- Any damage caused by passengers to vehicles may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
