We are a licensed private hire operator based in Chesterfield, serving Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and clients travelling throughout the UK. Important venue access guidance
Where can your chauffeur drop you off?
Event access rules matter just as much as the vehicle you book. We explain the difference between a normal pre-booked chauffeur transfer and an approved event-access vehicle.
Pre-booked chauffeur arrivals
Under the organiser's published visitor guidance, standard pre-booked taxis and private-hire vehicles are directed to the designated Queens Parade drop-off/pick-up area in Aldershot, with a shuttle connection to the exhibition site.
Gate A is restricted
The local taxi rank near Gate A is reserved for approved, appropriately permitted local taxis. A standard advance booking does not give a chauffeur permission to use that rank.
Special access requests
If your organisation has specific exhibitor, hospitality, accessibility or private aviation arrangements, tell us when requesting a quote. We will work to the access instructions and permissions actually confirmed for your journey; we do not promise direct gate or airside access.
2028 operational arrangements may change. Final pickup points, shuttle operations and access permissions must be reconfirmed against the organiser's 2028 instructions.

When is Farnborough International Airshow 2028?
The organiser confirms that the next Farnborough International Airshow takes place from Monday 17 July to Friday 21 July 2028 in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Can a pre-booked chauffeur drop me at Gate A?
Not as a standard pre-booked private-hire transfer under the organiser's currently published guidance. Approved local taxis have separate arrangements for the Gate A taxi rank. Standard pre-booked cars are directed to Queens Parade, where a shuttle connects visitors to the show. We will check 2028 instructions before travel.
Do you offer Heathrow to Farnborough Airshow transfers?
Yes. We can quote for Heathrow terminal collections with a professional chauffeur, flight monitoring and onward travel to Farnborough, local hotels or other agreed destinations.
Can I book a Mercedes S-Class for Farnborough Airshow?
Yes, subject to availability and confirmation. We also offer Mercedes E-Class, BMW 7 Series and Mercedes V-Class options for different passenger requirements.

Do you cover Sheffield, Chesterfield and Yorkshire?

Are parking, waiting and VAT included?

How early should I book?
For busy airshow dates, particularly multiple vehicles and multi-day arrangements, we recommend contacting us well in advance. Availability and pricing are confirmed when your booking is accepted.
